In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40-A, Section 1 1, th Planning
Board will hold a public hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing: Application for Watershed Special Permit under sections 4.136 and
10.3 of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw respectively. The
applicant seeks a permit to build a single-family home in the non-
discharge zone and driveway through the non-disturbance
conservation, non-disturbance and non discharge zones in the
Watershed Protection District.
