Dear Board Members:
Relative to the request to construct a 16' by 26' extension to the existing garage, it is my
professional opinion that there will not be a significant degradation of the quality or quantity of water in
or entering Lake Cochichewick as a result of the work. Further there is no reasonable alternative
location outside the Non-Discharge Buffer Zone, as the entire lot lies within this zone. As shown on the
permit plan, the proposed work is well outside of the Non-Disturbance zone.
