In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40-A, Section 11,the North Andover Planning
Board will hold a public hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing: Application for Watershed Special Permit under sections 4.136 and
10.3 of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw respectively. The
applicant seeks the construction of a single family home, driveway
and associated storm water management to be accessed off a
common driveway located in the Watershed Protection District.
