I have reviewed the plan submitted dated 10/18/04 regarding the single-family dwelling proposed for
1789 Great Pond Road.
The fire department is opposed to the construction of this dwelling as proposed due to the excessive
grade of the driveway. Fire apparatus and ambulance access would be severely restricted if not
impossible in snow or ice conditions on this driveway.
Please advise me of the time and place of the November 16'h meeting as I plan to attend.
