HomeMy WebLinkAbout1987-05-11207 PLANNING BOARD MEETING - May 11, 1987 The Planning Board held a short meeting on Monday evening, May 11, 1987 in a classroom at the Middle School. The Board had to be available at Town Meeting which was continued from May 7, 1987. The meeting was called to order at 8:25 p.m. with the following members present and voting: Erich Nitzsche, Michael Roberts, Paul Hedstrom and John Simons. Tricia Wreen, Town Planner was also present. PUBLIC HEARINGS~ Safe 'N' Sound Mini Storage - Site Plan Review MOTION: By Michael Roberts to open the public hearing and continue it until May 18, 1987. SECOND: Paul A. Hedstrom. VOTE: Unanimous. Wagon Wheel Estates - Continued from 4/6/87 MOTION: SECOND: VOTE: By Michael Roberts to open the public hearing and continue it to May 18, 1987 provided that the applicant grants an extension to the Board. If not extension is received, a special meeting will be held to make a decision on this subdivision. Paul A. Hedstrom. Unanimous. Forest Street- Comon Driveway Special Permit - Cont'd from 4/27/87 MOTION: By Michael Roberts to continue the public hearing until May 18, 1987. SECOND: John Simons. VOTE: Unanimous. APPROVAL NOT REQUIRED PLANS Forest Street - TSP Realty Trust, creation of 3 lots MOTION: By Paul A. Hedstrom that we note on the application it is a subdivision and cannot grant the endorsement~ (note: there is insufficient width and grade lacking on the Forest Street section of the application). SECOND: John Simons. VOTE: Unanimous. Forest Street - Brickus, creation of 4 lots MOTION: By Paul Hedstrom to deny the Form A submittal because it shows a subdivision (note: parcel of land is landlocked.) SECOND: John Simons. VOTE: Unanimous. Tan~lewood Lane - Gras$o, Lot Line Change MOTION: By John Simons to approve the Form A plan subject to adjacent lot owners names being placed on the plan. SECOND: Paul A. Hedstrom. VOTE: Unanimous Marblerid~e Road - Kindred, lot line change Coventry Lane - Wysocki, lot line change S. Bradford St. - Zahoruiko, creation of lots A & B Salem Turnpike - Dunn, create 2 lots MOTION: By John Simons to approve the plan. SECOND: Paul A. Hedstrom. VOTE: Unanimous. Dale & Winter Streets - Sweeney, create lots 8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15 MOTION: By Paul Hedstrom to deny the Form A plan because it contains a subdivision. SECOND: John Simons. VOTE: Unanimous. Marblerid~e Road & Dale Street - Bourgoin, create 3 lots Abbott Street - Osgood, create 5 lots MOTION: By John Simons to approve the plan subject to wetlands being delineated and shown on the plan. SECOND: Paul A. Hedstrom. VOTE: Unanimous. Brook Street - Farnum, create 16 lots MOTION: By John Simons to approve the plan subject to notation being placed on the plan that some are non-conforming lots (lots 2,3,4). SECOND: Paul A. Hedstrom. VOTE: Unanimous. Salem Turnpike - Farnum, delineate a lot, dwelling exists MOTION: By Paul Hedstrom that we deny the plan because it is not an 8lA application, instead it is a Chapter 90 (lines of division of existing ownership). SECOND: John Simons. VOTE: Unanimous. Salem Turnpike - Dunn, create 6 lots MOTION: By John Simons to approve subject to the existing structure being placed on the plan. SECOND: Paul A. Hedstrom. VOTE: Unanimous. Salem Turnpike & Brook Street - Farnum, create 20 lots MOTION: By John Simons to approve subject to a notation being placed on the plan stating that some lots do not conform to 75% CBA. SECOND: Paul A. Hedstrom. VOTE: Unanimous. The meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
