Fred King is in communication with the town Con Com officer. 9/11/03 "As Built" replication drawing was prepared by Schofield Bros. Engineering and submitted to N. A. Con Com. 2. Protect Meetings: Construction meetings are being held weekly at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and are being conducted in a professional and co-operative atmosphere. Issues emphasized at recent meetings: - Resolve terrazzo contract issues between JTC & DiPaoli - Completion of roof edge flashing wall and panels in all areas - MEP system startup and testing - Completion of spray fire protection - Completion of out of sequence qork 3. Change Proposals: 9/11/03 Proposed change orders (PCO's) continue to be solicited and reviewed. (See attached change order log). Athletic field up grade plans, Option #3 , have been finalized for submission to the contractor for pricing. C.O.#9 has been reviewed and will be submitted to the committee for approval. 5. Schedule: Contract Completion Dates Phase I—new school 7/15/04 Phase II—Demo and site 5/5/05 Upcoming Milestones: Substantially complete Complete building enclosure middle of Sept. 2003 Mech systems operational middle of Sept. 2003 Electric systems operational Contractor has submitted the required updated schedule dated June 18, 2003. The iroiect continues to maintain a ace consistent with the earl delive of the new building. Enclosure of the auditorium, arts/link and cafeteria is complete. All areas continue with finish trades i.e. ceilings, light fixtures, painting, ceramic tile and VCT flooring. Exterior work completed and/or in d progress—bituminous binder, exterior light conduit and bases, grading, curbs and spread loam. 6. Construction Issues: a. Spray fireproofing issues have been resolved and are being expedited. 2 b. Entry road modifications work is sufficiently cl pion of for the . With the move of the Administrative offices an com P pavement, alternate access has been discontinued. c. G.C. is expediting the millwork/casework ohave beer een made d manpower to maintain pace. Recent accommodations and pace of work has increased. 7. Technology cabling and telecommunications systems 4/10/03 Technology wiring contract has been awarded to ESCOA with work onsite to commence shortly. 5/8/03 ESCOA commenced wiring work this week. 7/9/03 Work is in process. 8/7/03 Work continues in progress. 9/11/03 Work continues in progress. 8. The purpose of the Environmental Erosion Control Monitor is to perform periodic inspections of the project site to insure compliance with the Order of Conditions issued by the Conservation Commission and the Special Permit issued by the Planning Board with respect to sediment and erosion controls, limit of work compliance, wetland replication and stormwater management issues. This is the twenty-fourth monthly inspection report prepared and submitted in compliance with the above referenced permits. It covers the period September 2, 2003 through September 30, 2003. The purpose of h e Environmental/Erosion Control Monitor is to perform periodic inspections of the project site to insure compliance with the Order of Conditions issued by the Conservation l l Planning Board with respect to sediment an erosion controls, limit of and compliance,wetland replication and omater management issues. This is the twenty-fifth monthly inspection report prepared and submitted in compliance with the above referenced permits, It covers the period October 1,2003 through October 28,2003. During this timeframe, the site experienced several significant rainfall events and remained in stable condition. Due to the site improvements and landscaping work to stabilize several driveway shoulders and ide embankment along Chickering Road and portions of the easterly embankments, such as the west s embankment,the area of exposed soils has been reduced significantly.There were varying degrees of m ion was kept to a minimum and the little that vegetative growth, t all the areas appeared to be stable. Sediment Basin#2 remained in good condition and functioned properly.
