Ma. DEP No. 242-1504,NPDES Tracking no. MARI OE3 83. Construction activities on this site, for this month are as follows: • Construct and stabilize entrance for lots 5 & 6. • Continued removal of excess fill and rough grading of lots 5&6.. • Stabilization of slopes lot's 5, and 6. • Installation of sediment traps for lots 2b and 3b. Site work continues to progress as noted above. All BMP's are being properly maintained and containing sediment within the work site. There has been no encroachment within restricted areas. Currently all work on this site has been completed in compliance with the project SWPPP, and Order of Conditions.
