maintaining the system. Grantee agrees to maintain the sewer
pipe and leaching pipes and all other elements of the septic

limited, however, to only those portions of Lot B as are shown on Plan #13674
as the "Septic System Easement".

The Grantcr, his heirs , Successors , transferees and
assigns sh 11 be prohi: ited from placing, constructing or
maintainiTIC any driveways , fixtures , structures , trees cr
shrubbery on the easement area , and shall be prohibited from
placing, or maintaining any underground utilities

This Easement shall terminate at such time as the Grantee

To have and to hold the aforementioned described Easement
