The scope of the renovation will not change the existing footprint of the structure as all renovations will be limited to the interior. The building will be used for a dental and an orthodontic office which will occupy the second floor, and the first floor will be leased out for general office space or similar medical or dental use. The perceived fo6t traffic and traffic flow should be reduced from the previous use as a large accounting firm which employed 6000 people.
