IFDI 85 Main St, Hopkington,MA 01748 Philip J.Miller Rohm&Haas Electronics 60 Willow St, North Andover,MA 01845 August 21,2008 Dear Mr.Troccolo and Mr.Miller, At their regularly scheduled Planning Board meeting on August 19,2008,the Planning Board for the town of North Andover voted to waive the requirement for Site Plain Review per the North Andover Zoning Bylaw Section 8.3.2.c.for property located at 60 Willow Street,North Andover,MA. The waiver request was granted hasP�d on tine following information: • The proposed storage addition of 1402 sq.ft.is below the minimum threshold of 2000 sq.ft. of gross floor area as required in Section 8.3.24)of the town of North Andover Bylaw. There will be no change of hours or methods of operation. No additional lighting will be required and there will bean additional outside stairway as well as an additional exit for emergency purposes. • The Fire Department Chief William Martineau has reviewed the plans for the proposed addition and stated at the meeting that he is satisfied that all applicable codes and regulations will be adhered to. • The site is located in the Industrial 1 District and the addition will be a continuation of the currently allowed light manufacturing and research and development uses. • Once the applicant has gone thru Con/Com this project still has the same required parking.
