Attached is the final inspection report for the above referenced property. All the elevations looked good but the d-box
needs to be replaced as it was not H-20. This is a good example why the SOH has the engineer certify everything prior to
the final inspection. I was there at the same time as the survey crew. In addition the d-box and piping was not installed
upon my arrival so I had to wait about 30 minutes for them to finish the install...too rushed.
I told Matt that either myself or the Health Dept would contact him to set up an inspection. He wanted to do it today but
considering the weather that was forecasted it did not seem logical. So this last inspection will be beyond the construction
season and not sure how you want to handle that? During the d-box inspection I would recommend elevations be taken
again to verify that the d-box is installed at the correct elevation.
