This location was formerly used as office space for a construction company. As such, the existing interior and exterior footprint of the structure will not change as the two businesses are very similar in nature. The perceived foot traffic and traffic flow will not be different than the previous tenant, therefore no additional parking or changes to the parking lot will be required. Should you have any questions, concerns or require further information, please do not hesitate to contact me at 781-254-8284. Your assistance with this matter is greatly appreciated.
