Per our meeting today, I am writing to confirm my request for a site plan review
waiver for 65 Flagship Drive,based on the following:
• The footprint of the b ilding will remain the same. Only minnr modificati^ns
will be made to interior petition walls.
• Approved by Jerry Brown, this property will remain in its current Zoning
Code, Industrial 1.
• There are no changes to the parking and/or landscaping.
• New signage will require a sign permit from the Building Inspector.

According to the North Andover Zoning Bylaw Section 8.3.2.c.i, Waiver of Site Plan Review,the changes
you are proposing to the building located u±65 FluAab' Drive will not require an application for Site
Plan Review. The waiver request ia granted based on the following information:
• The property will change from manufacturing 10 recreational, u use which is permitted in the
Industrial I District, according to the Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaw section 4.127(l).
• The footprint oF the building will remain the same and there will be no changes to the parking
and ortothe landscaped areas. �
