Dear Ms. Jannino-Faino
According to the North Andover Zoning Bylaw Section 8.3.2.c.i,Waiver of Site Plan Review,your
request to renovate the commercial space located at 567 Chickering Road,will not require an application
for Site Plan Review. The waiver request is granted based on the following information:
• The property will be used as a Pilates and Spin Studio. This use is an allowed use for the
General Business District, according to the Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaw section
4.131(1). Additional renovations will also be made to the interior of the building.
• There will be no changes to either the existing building footprint,to the exterior of the building
or to the existing parking area. There is no requirement for additional parking spaces since you
are estimating that there will be no increase in foot traffic from the prior use.
