The WORK will meet or exceed the live load bearing capacity required by all applicable local codes,provided however,that installation of overweight deck accessories(such as,but not limited to,porches or spas)that are not disclosed as set forth below(1)may exceed the load bearing capacity of the WORK,(2)may lead to damage,and(3)will void the Archadeck Warranty. When overweight deck accessories are specifically identified in the CONTRACT(Disclosed Accessories),the WORK will be designed to accommodate Disclosed Accessories and the Archadeck Warranty shall be in force as to the WORK bearing such Disclosed Accessories, provided the use of the Disclosed Accessories corresponds to the part of the WORK that is designed to accommodate them PURCHASER and BUILDER hereby specifically acknowledge the foregoine Archadeck Warranty limitations by the execution and delivery of this CONTRAC'L 8. PURCHASER and BUILDER shall each have the right to cancel this CONTRACT without penalty or obligation prior to midnight of the third business day after the Effective Date of this CONTRACT.Upon cancellation of this CONTRACT within this three-business-day period,BUILDER shall return to PURCHASER any consideration paid to BUILDER hereunder and PURCHASER shall return any material or drawings provided by BUILDER.In order to cancel this CONTRACT,PURCHASER or BUILDER shall send a written notice of cancellation to BUILDER or PURCHASER,as the case may be,at the address for BUILDER or PURCHASER set forth in this CONTRACT within such three-business-day period. 9.
