NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING,TUESDAY,SEPTEMBER 23,2003 7:30 P.M
In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40-A, Section 11,the North Andover Planning
Board will hold a public hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing: Application for Site Plan Review Special Permit under Section 8.3
& 10.3 of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw respectively. The
applicant also seeks a.Watershed Special Permit under Section
4.136. The proposed project will entail the renovation and
reconstruction of the existing farmhouse to accommodate 1.3,000
square feet(+/-)of professional office space and four renovated
residential apartments within the Non-Discharge Buffer Zone and
youth soccer field in the Non-Disturbance Buffer Zone of the
Watershed Protection District.
