1.accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40-A, Section 11,the North Andover Planning Board
will hold a public hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing: Application for Site Plan Review Special Permit under Section 8.3
& 10.3; &Watershed SP under Section 4.136, and.Common
Driveway SP under Section 2.20.1 of the North Andover Zoning
Bylaw respectively. Applicant proposes a redevelopment of the
property to include a 21,000 s.£ restaurant/retaWoffice building,
the restoration and relocation of the historic barn structure to the
south of its current location,construction of a total of 106 parking
spaces,installation of landscaping and lighting,the preservation of
an open space area along the southern and western boundaries of
the site to preserve Lake Cochichewick watershed area and adjacent
wetland resource areas,located within the B-2 zoning district.
