Delta & Delta Realty Trust respectfully requests a waiver from Site Plan Review for this renovation of existing retail space. With respect to the construction to be performed by the Owner's general contractor, please be advised of the following: There will be no change to the building's footprint; The use, retail store, is consistent with the zoning in the district;and There will be minimal changes to the building fagade,the sign canopy will not be changed, storefront windows and a door will be installed.
