The space will continue to be used as commercial/retail space. 2. There is adequate parking on site to accommodate a new business. 3. There are no changes to the footprint or to the exterior of the building that are currently planned. 4. The proposed changes do not have a significant impact on the site or adjacent properties and will not impact vehicular or pedestrian traffic, nor will it impact environmental resources.
