After speaking with Joseph Levis on January 3, 2012, the owner of the building located at 158
Pleasant St., I have determined that the change of use from real estate office to hairdresser does
not warrant a Site Plan Review and thus qualifies for a Site Plan Review Waiver, based on the
following :
1. The space will continue to be used as commercial/retail space.
2. There is adequate parking on site to accommodate a new business.
3. There are no changes to the footprint or to the exterior of the building that are currently
planned.
4. The proposed changes do not have a significant impact on the site or adjacent properties
and will not impact vehicular or pedestrian traffic, nor will it impact environmental
resources.
