I cautioned the installer to be mindful of the grading when backfilling and that 3 feet was the maximum allowable cover; he acknowledged. You can see from the attached photo,the system is deep near the vent. It is not greater than 3 feet and should be fine unless the contractor is not careful and puts too much fill on.
