The Board finds that owing bo circumstances relating Lo soil conditions, shape, o« topography o[the land ur structures and
especially affecting such land or structures but not affecting generally the zoning district in general, a literal enforcement
of the provisions uf the Bylaw will involve substantial hardship, financial urotherwise, to the yeddouor(u) or
applicant(s). The Board finds that desirable relief may bo granted without substantial detriment\othe public good and
without nullifying or substantially derogating from the intent of the[nopoau of this hv|uvv.
The Board also finds that this use, as developed by the building& site plans, is an appropriate location for such u use and
will not udvonou[v affect the neighborhood. 7bonn will be no nuisance or aoduoo hazard b`vehicles or pedestrians, since
there are provisions for the required uOf-abcctpuddng. Adequate and appropriate facilities will ht provided tothe
proposed single band)y dwelling. The Board finds that the new single family home will not be substantially more
dotdnsztu|to the neighborhood and that this use, is io harmony with the uniebbn;bood and the general purpose and intent
of this Bylaw.
