Date: October 15, 1987
I reviewed the plans for this proposed project and have the
following comments:

a couple of years ago.
2 . Complete access around the building is required for the
Fire Department.

Chief for approval prior to the start of installation.
4 . A fire alarm system consisting of, but not limited to,
double action pull stations, smoke and heat detectors, sprinkler
flow switch, tamper alarm, outside annunciator panel and
fire control panel shall be installed. This system shall be
connected to the municipal fire alarm system through a master
fire alarm box. Plans for the system shall be submitted to
the Fire Chief for approval prior to installation. There shall
be a red strobe light installed above each door connected to
the internal alarms to act as an indicator.
5 . A fire hydrant must be installed at the northeast corner
of the addition off the edge of the pavement.
6 . The underground storage tank that is presently on the
property must be removed in accordance with MGL 148 Sec. 38A.

Date Time

Names & Addresses of persons involved:
I have made a Site visit to this area which is in the rear of the
Air Port property . For some time now people have been dumping here and
the area in the end of the street is a mess . This Site Plan gives the
town an opportunity to block off the end of the street and clean this
dumping area up . I would like to see the Planning Board allow the develop
erto block the street at his peoperty line . I know that the Fire r3epart
ment and the Highway Department will have to be contacted for any
problems they might have with access > but this is a good time t to get
the job done
