Gentlemen:
This letter is written on behalf of Leander F. Pease III and Raymond
L. Collette, Trustees Of C & P Realty Trust. As owners of the
property known as and numbered 31-37 Flagship Drive, North Andover,
they are willing to contribute their fair share of the cost for
the installation of a traffic signal at the intersection of Route
114 and Willow Street, They also would not object to the approval
of the Site Plan containing a condition to that effect.

Dear Mr . Huntress;
Landscape planting has been started at the above referenced
project and is continuing. Plantings are fully installed along
Flagship Drive and around the telephone but and are being installed
around the new addition and existing building. All other plantings
shall be installed within thirty days of the above date . All
disturbed site areas shall be fine graded and sodded .
Some plantings related to the transformer work may not
be installed within the thirty day period pending settlement
of the telephone strike, which is beyond our control . The
transformer plantings shall be installed within thirty days
from the day that the Telephone Co. completes their work at
the site .
Thank you for your patience and cooperation relative to
the above project . I appreciate it .

Dear Mr Pease :
Thank you for presenting your site plan to the Planning Board
during their October 6, 1988 meeting. The Board has continued your
public hearing until November 3, 1988. The Board requests that the
following information be presented on November 3rd:
1. Show the existing and proposed topography of the site .
2 . Indicate the amount of fill to be placed on the site
to construct the addition.
3. Place a note on the plan indicating that the trees
along the side property line shall be undisturbed .
4. Submit a landscaping plan which will show at the
minimum the following elements:
a. The planting of shrubs along the parking lot
adjacent to Flagship Drive which will be 3 '
high at the time of planting and provide a
solid screen of the parking lot.
b. Proposed landscaping adjacent to the new
addition.
C. Additional tree planting on the north side
of the structure between the parking lot and
loading area.
5 . Submit a number of alternative locations for the
addition.
