Notice is hereby given that the North Andover Planning Board
will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Monday evening, August 3 , 1987 _
at 80 : 00 P .M. in the Town Office Meeting Room with all i
parties interested in the application of Channel Building
Company, Inc . , 23 Main Street, Andover requesting a Site Plan
Review through the Special Permit process under Section 8 . 3 . 1,
Para. -2 of the North Andover Zoning Bylaws . The purpose of the
Site Plan is to review the proposal to expand the assembly and
live storage areas of the existing facility by approximately
18 , 200 s . f. of land on the North side of Bayfield Drive and
known as 11 Bayfield Drive in an Industrial -1 (I-1)
Zoning District.
