However, the plan also indicates that the proposed 24'x32' cabana is in violation of the 30 feet side setback and the applicant must seek relief from the Zoning Board of Appeals in order to construct it as shown. An excavation permit will be required, if the quantity is as stipulated.in Section 5 of the Zoning By-law. Hay bales, accompanied by silt-fence are proposed along the perimeter and the limit of work for the proposal. The applicant proposes to fill the pool by truck from a source outside North Andover. The applicant will need to provide detailed final plans for the design of the pool in addition to the proposed site plan, which demonstrates that no backwashing of the pool would occur, and the applicant may also not use any chemicals that are prohibited in Section 4.136biii of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw. 11FAJJ'H�688,9540 d'I A NCN4a 688-953
