The entire site is located within the Watershed Protection Overlay District. This letter is to certify that the proposed work will not degradate the quality of surface or ground water entering Lake Cochichewick and will in fact improve the quality of water being discharged to the ground on site. Additionally, we request that the requirements for drainage calculations be waived as this proposal does not involve any change in impervious area on site and only a minor topographic change in the northeast corner of the proposed leach field. Enclosed are copies of the proposed site plan showing construction of the replacement septic system, location of the adjacent bordering vegetated wetland, and location of the conservation zone, non-disturb zone, and non-discharge zone.
