SPECIAL PERMIT EXTENSION
At a regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Board, duly posted and held on July 7, 1998, the
North Andover Planning Board voted unanimously to grant an extension of the Special Permit
issued to Channel Building Company Inc. for the construction of a 13,000 SF addition located at
150 Flagship Drive, dated April 26, 1996; rev. June 24, 1996.

Special Permit issued to Channel Building Company Inc. for the construction of a 13,000 SF
addition to an existing building located at 150 Flagship Drive, filed with the Town Clerk on July
5, 1996.
This permit will now expire on July 5, 1999.

At their July 7d' meeting the Planning Board voted to extend the special permit for one year. The
Board members must now sign the document, which is scheduled for the August 18, 199$
meeting. I will mail the original document to you which must then be recorded at the Registry of
Deeds.

Re: Extension of the Site Plan Review Special Permit
Dear Mr. Poor,
I have enclosed the original signed extension of the Site Plan Review Special Permit. As
presented in previous correspondence, the Board voted to extend the Special Permit for one and
signed the extension document at the August 18th meeting. This extension must be recorded at
the Registry of Deeds and a certified copy of the recorded document returned to the Planning
Department.

Dear Kathleen,
Pursuant to our telephone conversation of this date, I formally request a
one-year extension (until 7/5/99) to the Planning Board's special permit granted
to us 7/5/96 for the construction of the building at 150 Flagship Drive. This
extension of the planning portion of the permit package will coincide with the
existing conservation permit, granted 7/5/96, which expires 7/5/99.
We have occupied the new facility for just over a year, and are not ready
to go forward with the expansion as outlined in the original permits. The next
year will bring us the required time to properly plan the expansion.
Thank you in advance for your consideration, and trust this issue can be
scheduled for discussion at the next meeting.
