HomeMy WebLinkAbout2016-03-10 Board of Assessors (2) i NORTH ANDOVER BOARD OF ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES March 10, 2016 — 2:40 p.m. • On the above date the North Andover Board of Assessors gathered in The �! Senior Center Meeting Room at the North Andover Town Hall to consider any and all business to come before the Board. Present were: Bryan Perry, Board Member, George R. Barker Jr., Board Member, Garrett Boles, Chief Assessor, Samuel G. Cheney Jr., Assistant Assessor and Toni K. Wolfenden, Assessor's Clerk. Mr. David Minicucci was not present due to illness. With a quorum of board members being present, the motions to open the general meeting was made by Bryan Perry and seconded by George Barker. Motion was unanimous. Having no other old business to consider, a motion was made by Perry and seconded by Barker to move to executive session to review, discuss and vote on submitted abatement applications. Motion was unanimous. The meeting adjourned behind closed doors in the above mentioned conference room. i The following applications for abatement were discussed with the following dispositions: The Board Members voted unanimously 2-0-0. Both Mr. Barker and Mr. Perry signed additional documents and forms waiting for approval by the Board of Assessors. A motion was made by Mr. Barker and seconded by Mr. Perry to adjourn the executive session. Motion was approved unanimous. With no further business to consider, a motion was made by Mr. Barker and seconded by Mr. Perry to adjourn the meeting at 4:35 pm Motion was approved unanimous.
