These improvements are illustrated on the attached plan entitled "As-Built Plan to Accompany Certificate of Compliance" prepared by McKenzie Engineering Group, Inc. dated October 4, 2006. Existing Conditions information was obtained by field survey measurements and observations taken on September 19 and October 4, 2006.
