HomeMy WebLinkAboutMiscellaneous - 607 TURNPIKE STREET 5/23/2012 We are planning on adding a single story year round sunroom addition to the existing home. Presently there is an existing flagstone patio which is being removed and was permitted when it was built. Currently this patio is larger than the new sunroom addition. The new sunroom will have new Techno Metal footings (please see supplied literature ) which are drilled into the ground with a small machine and they are non-evasive as there is NO excavation work being done. In most cases the grass is still there around the new 3 Y2" round post being drilled into the ground. A new 2x10 insulated floor is being built for the floor of the sunroom. Then we will build the sunroom on top of the new floor. This floor is about 34 off the ground depending on where it's measured from. The sunroom structure is made with an all aluminum exterior and glass roof. e ,IG'n✓r r rl r /l i ✓ !/°(ff I %% is YG 1 I Copyright 02007 Pictometry International Corp. ,.. / vIp1 Oi // i iii 1/j%///// , ',, s r may, `r , ,, %ia . , " „„,,,„„ imvY 1 y ,:,r l f ' ;%'/ ,.rrrrrorl,s yr«ltsirr' ✓sry,, 4 1 r; i% +,,, w „„ %i "" mm,,; i 1 /l/ 1' r r i , r k / i%J ;' o i,a Ili'dr111iYiIN " a ,. . _., / r ,,. ..,. ,,, , ,: ,"-, µ, A r, (T rr Q Ir , I i/o I II a xxx J-J.1_I. s "-f i bad I I ` tl s 'I 3 fJ 3t 3`-0' I Ili 3'Z IT4 3/r / S Left Elevation Front Elevation Right Elevation a i \.
