Deed recorded in the Registry of Deeds in Book Page Land Court Certificate No. - Book Page The principal points upon which I base my application are as follows: (must be stated in detail) Ther lot in question is trapizoidal in shape. This condition does not prevail in the zone and because of this condition the proposed building cannot be constructed with the required 20 foot side yards. The building in question has been used by the petitioner in several other locations and has been found to fulfill the requirement of safety and utility. It would constitute a severe hardship to the petitioners to deny the variance of eet per side since the building and the lot exceed all other requirements.
