North Andover Board of Appeals
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the
North Andover Senior Center, 1208 Main Street, North Andover, MA on Tuesday,
May 7, 2013, at 7:30PM to all parties interested in the petition of Edward and Tina
Collins, for property located at 75 Chestnut Street (Map 60.C, Parcel 28), North
Andover, MA 01845.
Petitioner is requesting three Variances from Table 2(Dimensional Requirements) for
two front setbacks and one rear setback of the Zoning Bylaws in the R-3 Zoning
District to construct an attached garage and porch to the pre-existing non-conforming
structure.
Provided for front setback A is, 21.4 feet, front setback B is, 0.6 feet, and the Rear
setback is, 2.7 feet.
Per Table 2 the required front and rear setbacks are 30 feet.
Also a Special Permit from Sections 9.1 is needed for a pre-existing non-conforming
Structure.
Application and supporting materials are available for review at the office of the
Zoning Department located at 1600 Osgood Street, North Andover, MA, Monday,
Wednesday and Thursday from the hours of 8:00-400, Tuesday from the hours of
800-5:30 and Friday from 8:00 to 11:30
