Per the North Andover Conservation Commission' s Order of
Conditions for wetland crossings on lots 24A, 26A, 27A and 28A
Forest Street,common driveways were requested to minimize
wetland filling.
Prior to the issuance of any foundation or building permits ,
Forbes Realty must receive Special Permit approval from the
Planning Board under Section 2 . 30 . 1 Common Driveways .
