With Quitclaim Covenants,all our right,title and interest in and to
The land in said North Andover,with the buildings thereon,shown as Lot 2 on a plan of land
entitled"Plan of Land located in North Andover, prepared for Joseph B. &Carol J. O'Connell,
100 Dale Street,North Andover,MA,dtd. September 5,2012,revised 10/15/12,Scale I"=40',
which said plan is recorded with the Essex North District Registry of Deeds as Plan No. 16865.

The following restrictions are incorporated herein:
A, Fertilizers are limited to those which are either organic or slow-release nitrogen and
phosphorous-free;and
B. The"Limit of Clearing"will be noted on the plan and no further clearing will be
allowed on the parcel.
Said Lot 2 contains 89,666 s.f.,more or less,and all of said boundaries are as shown on the said
plan,
Being a portion of the premises conveyed to the Grantors herein by Deed of Larry J.Cadogan
and Mary F. Cadogan,ddti6d December 19, 1977 and recorded at Book 1328,Page 109,in said
Registry.
Grantors release all rights of homestead and other interests therein to Grantee.
