The responses are in the same order as you presented them 1. No response necessary 2. 1 have relocated the driveway outside the non-disturbance zone. A drawing will follow 3. There aren't any tributaries within 200 feet of the site. I assume surface water bodies does not include vegetated wetlands 4. The primary soil on site is a Chariton. The remaining soil is a Sutton. We can do test pits if you wish or include requirement for test pits prior to construction as part of the order 5. Any infiltration along the drive closer than 10 feet to the drive has been removed 6. A note regarding landscaping will be added to the plan 7. Notes for stormwater maintenance will be added to the plan 8. A construction sequence will be added to the plan 9. The stone size has been increased to 2 inch minimum There was another wetland within 400 feet that I have added to the plan. It is in the Berrington Place subdivision. The wetlands near the site have been expanded to include the wetland at the entrance to Berrington Place. This addition does not change the nature of the application. 2. 1 have redesigned the driveway to move the driveway and tree clearing out of the Non-Disturbance Zone. 3. 1 do not think there is a tributary within 200 feet of the site as defined by Mass Drinking Water regulations. Therefore I have not shown any on the plan. 4. 1 have added the MRCS soils data for the site on the Wetlands and Soil Types Plan referred to in item 1. It is not unreasonable considering the soils to condition the project to require soil testing prior to the start of construction 5. All infiltration trenches have been relocated to be 10 feet from lot lines 6. The clearing shown for lot I is what is required for installation of the driveway, utilities, and a backyard. The clearing for Lot 2 is sufficient to provide for the driveway, utilities, house construction and the revegetation needed to restore the area and yard of the existing house after its demolition. 7.
