The plans that were submitted to the Board show a request to change the approved two-way 25' wide drive aisle to a one-way 17' wide drive aisle and an 8' wide parking area. However, as part of my presentation to the Board I inadvertently presented an older plan where my engineer had incorrectly showed the one-way drive aisle to be 20' wide. The error had been corrected on the submission,however my presentation lead to some confusion as to how the approved plans could have measured 25' curb to curb and yet the plan I showed you indicated 28' (8' parking and 20' drive aisle). The plans that were included in the submittal to the Board show the correct dimensions of an 8' parking width and a 17' one-way drive aisle, which does match the 25' width shown on the approved plans. I believe this explains the confusion from our last meeting. Additionally, I have also included a mylar overlay of the proposed revisions as part of this submission, along with two (2) 11"x 17" copies of the area, one to show the area as approved and the other to show the proposed changes. Therefore,please accept my apologies for the misunderstanding.
