B.The"Limit of Clearing"will be noted on the plan and no further clearing will be
allowed on the parcel.
Said Lot 1 contains 90,646 s.f.,more or less,and all of said boundaries are as shown on
said plan.
Being a portion of the premises conveyed to the Grantors herein by Deed of Larry J.

1 . Inspect chambers after every major storm in the first few months
after installation to insure proper stabilization and function.
2. Inspect the chambers 72 hrs after storms quarterly for the first
year to determine that all of the water has drained from the
chamber,
3. Inspect the chambers annually 72 hrs after a storm to determine if
the water has drained.
4. If the inspection reveals the chambers are not functioning properly
contact a stormwater professional to determine what actions are
necessary.
