In that correspondence indicated that the North Andover Planning Board requested that your septic plan be reviewed for adequacy. In response the North Andover Board of Health has reviewed the documentation that was submitted as well as the department files. The Board of Health and the MA DEP Title V require that when a building permit is applied for,in a situation such as this,a Title V inspection would be preformed prior to signing off on the permit. A passing inspection would need to be submitted with your building application. If the septic is not found in passing condition, plans must be made to repair or replace the system components as needed. In regards to the size of the system, if no additional employees will be occupying the building, than it appears that the current septic flow would be acceptable. Thus not requiring an upgrade in regards to flow. Please note that these determinations were made on the information available at the time of review. If the plans change or new information comes to light, this decision may become null and void and a new review would need to be conducted. Sincerely, - i Susan Sawyer,REHS/RS Public Health Director Cc: Planning Department File
