NORTH ANDOVER PLANNING BOARD
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A Section 11,M.G.L. and the
North Andover Zoning By-Law, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing as
follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing: Application for a site plan special permit to construct a three
story 49,050 square foot steel and concrete structure intended
to house a mini-storage warehouse.
Public Hearing Date and Time: Tuesday, August 1, 2000 at 7:30 p.m.
Map and Parcel Number: Map 61, Lot 66
Location of Public Hearing: 384 Osgood Street, North Andover, MA, near the High School
Entrance
Address of Premises Affected: 1679 Osgood Street
Information Available: A copy of the plan and application are on file in the Planning
Board Office located at 27 Charles Street North Andover, MA
and may be inspected Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m.to 4:30
p.m.
Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the proposed plan should
appear at the time and place designated above.
