The following members were present and voting: Nilliam Chepulis, Chair~n; Paul Hedotro~, Clerk, and ~ichael Roberts. pT.A~S NOT I~EQUIRING APPROVAL 1. JO~N MADDEN, Bridle Path - Dimensional change in previously approved plans. Motion by Roberts to accept plans dated July 1, 1980 and revised July 18, 1980. Seconded by Hedstrom and unanimous vote. NA. Associates/Land Vest - Hinter S~rest - Date of plans July 21, 1980, Motion by Roberts and seconded by Hedstrom - efldoreed as Not Requiring Approval k R & W ~uilders - Winter S~reet - Motion by Roberts to approve, plans dated July 21, 1980. Seconded by Hedstrc~. Unanimous vote. 2. Great Pond Woodland - Motion'by Roberts to tabl~ until August 4, 1980. 3. Trafalgar Estates - Ambrose Flatley present - Mr. Oyr had requested a repor~ on the status of this sub-division. ~usan will ask Mr. Cyr for a list' of his requests so that Mr. Flatley can reply in ~riting. 4. ~tonecleave I - Letter of request received by J. ~arbagallo. Letter from B. Oyr received requesting retention of $25OO.OO for final work on the project. ]~-k security held in the amount of $~0,OOO.O0. Motion by Hedstrom to release $4750.00 and hold $2~OO.OO for touch up work. Seconded By Roberts. Unanimous vote. Mr. ]~%rbagallo will bring in bank book to replace certificate. 5. Stonecleave II Modification - Motion by Roberts to approve subject to following conditions: ~oiler plate plus: ~at due to changes in the modification of said subdivision which have resulted in the removal of a proposed pond on lot 20, the following conditions of approval on the original subdivision plan which was approved on Ma~V 7, 1979, are hereby released: a) Condition 6.c. "With respect to the proper administration of m~terial disposal, which will result from the construction of the pond, th~ following shall apply: all material dredged from the pond will be utilized on the site; should any e~oess material result that is not necessary for. sit.work, it will be offered initially to the Town of North Andov~r at a fair market value. Advise Town Cou~el that if work is n~t completed within 45 da~s - nefify Atty. ~yder. Secanded by Hedstrom. Unanimous vote. 8. P. Hedstrom: Draf~ Covenant Re: Prescott St. - Notion by Roberts - Covenant drafted by P. Neds~rom be approved by the Planning Board and sent to the petitioner to be filed and recorded as par~ of the approved subdivision. Seconded by Eeds~rem, Unanimous vote. 9. Bo~ny Lane - Motion by Roberts - revised plans Re: Nardcour~ Estates (Barmy dated January 10, 1979 and revised July 9, 1980 (sheet 2 of 3, sheet 3 of 3 dated 1/10/79, revised 7/15/80, sheet la of 4a, dated 1/10/79 amd revised 7/9 and 7/15/80) be a~oepted by the Planning Board. Covenant by accepted by the Board. Seconded by Hedstrom. Unanimous vote. Minutes of 4/25 and 5/5/80 accepted as written on motian by Hedstrom and seconded by Roberts. Unanimous vote.
