DEP No. 242-1539, and Planning Departments Decision dated April 3, 2012. Construction activities on this site, for this month are as follows: • Continued construction of proposed office building. • Completion of all underground drainage, and installation of underground utilities. • Rough grading and site work. • Paving, and placement of granite curb for proposed parking lot. Presently the erosion controls are properly installed, and well maintained. There has been no encroachment to restricted areas. There are presently no stockpiles. All exposed earth is currently stable. There have been no significant rainfall events this month. Currently all work on this site has been completed in compliance with the project Special Conditions contained in the Planning Departments Decision, and Order of Conditions.
