OF EASEMENT
I , George R. Barker , Jr . , of North Andover , Essex County,
Commonwealth of Massachusetts ,
for consideration paid of less than $100400 , receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged,
do hereby give , grant , bargain and convey to Merrimack Valley
Federal Credit Union, a credit union chartered under the laws
of the United States of America , having a usual place of
business at North Andover , Essex County, Massachusetts , an
easement on, in , over , and across , as a means of ingress and
egress for all purposes to and from the Grantees premises ; and
The right to erect,. construct , reconstruct, replace ,
remove , maintain and use a line of poles with such wires and
cables as the Grantee shall from time to time require for the
transmission of electric energy, and for communication
purposes , and all necessary and proper foundations , footings ,
cross arms and other appliances and fixtures for use in
connection with such poles, wires and cables ; and
The right to excavate for , install , replace , maintain , and
use such pipe lines as the Grantee shall from time to time
require for conveying natural gas , with necessary and proper
valves and other appliances and fittings , and devices for
controlling the electrolysis for use in connection with such
pipelines , together with adequate protection therefore; and
The right to install, repair , maintain, alter , and operate
sewers , storm drains , and water mains in, into, upon , over ,
across , and under a certain strip of land described as follows :
The land in North Andover , ,.Essex County, Massachusetts
beginning on the Easterly side of Osgood Street at land of
Merimack Valley Federal Credit Union thence; turning and running
South 78 degrees 03 ' 09" East 207477 feet by said land of
Merrimack Valley Federal Credit Union thence;
North 15 degrees 01 ' 35" East 50 feet thence;
North 78 degrees 03 ' 09" West 207 . 77 feet to the Easterly
side of Osgood Street thence;
Southerly by said Osgood Street to land of Merrimack Valley
Federal Credit Union and the point of beginning .
The easement described herein is to and shall run with the
land , and shall be for the benefit and use of Merrimack Valley
Federal Credit Union, owner of adjacent land described in a .
deed from George R. Barker , Jr . dated May 30 , 1984 and
at Essex North District Registry of Deeds Book 1817, PageC195 .
