We, Scott Talbot and Barbara J. Talbot, of 102 South Bradford Street,North Andover,
Massachusetts, being the owners of the premises at 102 South Bradford Street, North Andover,
Massachusetts pursuant to a deed of Peter L. Davies dated March 1999 and recorded at Essex
North Registry of Deeds at Book 5386, Page 261, pursuant to and in performance of Condition
Number 5 in a Special Permit Notice of Decision dated May 19, 1999, which Notice of Decision
is recorded at Essex North Registry of Deeds at Book 5460, Page 245, do hereby impose the
following restriction upon said premises:
1. No chemical pesticides, fertilizers or other chemicals shall be used in lawn care
for maintenance.
This restriction shall run with the land, and shall be binding upon our successors and
assigns. This Deed Restriction may be released only by a release document duly executed by the
North Andover Planning Board, or such other permitting authority as is then authorized to grant
special permits within the subject jurisdiction.
