WORK DESCRIPTION
Remove existing siding, corner boards, fascia, soffit, rake boards and door/window trim.
Wrap the entire house in new TYPAR HouseWrap.
Install new 514 x 4'/" PVC corners with built in J-Channel. Install new 1x8 PVC fascia, new 1x6& 1x3 PVC rake-boards and
new 1x4 PVC soffit with continuous vent.
Install new 514 x 4'/" PVC window casings with 2" PVC sill nose. Install new 514 x 4'/" PVC door trim on all exterior doors.
Install new 514 x 7 '/" PVC mounting blocks for all exterior lights and a 514 x 2" PVC strip on each side of the chimney.
Install 6 %"James Hardie cement board lap siding with 5"exposure. Color choice by homeowner TBD. Paint all cut ends
before installation, flash all butt joints and caulk all areas where siding meets PVC trim. Install with 1 g/"stainless steel, ring
shank nails.
Remove 9 existing sliding windows from the addition and reframe as needed to fit 9 new construction Pella Impervia Sliding
Windows. Exterior to be trimmed in PVC as mentioned above and interior to be trimmed to match existing house trim.
Remove 19 double hung windows from the main house and replace with Pella ProLine new construction windows. Grid
configuration to be 616, grids between the glass, interior and exterior finish white, grids white. All windows will be sealed on the
exterior with clear 100%silicone.

MATERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
McColgan Construction is responsible for all building related materials unless otherwise noted with in this contact.
TOTAL CONTRACT PRICE AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE
McCalgan Construction LLC agrees to complete the work listed above for the total price of$78,675.00. Payments will be made
according to the following schedule:
10% $ 7,867.50 With the signing of this contract.
20% $15,735.00 With the start of the work listed in this contract.
10% $ 7,867.50 With the completion of the new window installation.
20% $ 15,735.00 With the completion of the deck rough frame.
10% $ 7,867.50 With the completion of 50%of the siding installation.
20% $15,735.00 With the completion of the siding installation.
10% $ 7,867.50 With the completion of all the work listed in this contract.
