A discussion ensued regarding the local Opioid Task Force. Brian will reach out to see if anything is

Mr. Fixter discussed the state prescription drug monitoring program. The program will show all drug
prescriptions that have been fiUcdoz different pharmacies. /\ discussion ensued regarding the advantages 0o
the program.
Mr.1,aGrasse reviewed with the Board some other discussion topics.Topics included press releases,public
education topics, Senior Center meeting scheduled for ll/17/l6,North Andover Cam meeting with Brian
Fraser,dogs swimming in the Weir Hill Reservation,TBI,Elm Street housing update and the Mosquito
spraying of fields and school property.

BoxbnrdQt. lots i 8L2. Mr. LuGosauo asked for the Board's permission to give in-house approval tnthe 100
foot setback to wetlands. He would meet with the abutter arid the engineer instead of bringing them before
a Board meeting, Mill River has reviewed the plans and has approved it. The plan meets Conservation
setbacks as well.Notices have already gone out to the abutters about the local variance request. Dr.
Trowbridge stated that iC the request to approve in-house ix legal and reasonable,then be would grant the
permission to approve in-kouon.
MOTION was made by Dr. MacMillan tu designate administrative power toMr.LaGzamnu for purposes of
approving the local upgrade in-house.Motion seconded by Mr. Fixler, All were in favor and the motion
was approved.
A discussion ensued regarding the Emergency Management team meeting.

letter that went out on a property in town.A discussion ensued on the progress of the order letter that was
sent out and when the re-inspection will take place.

Mr. LaGrasse asked the Board members to review all the topics that were discussed and to give their top
priorities.
Dr. Trowbridge received an announcement from the Town Manager's office regarding a seminar being held
on September 20,2016 at the Steven's Estate. The seminar is being held by the State Ethics Commission
regarding conflict of interest. They are encouraging appointed and elected Board members to attend. 'I'lie
event starts at 5:30pin and food and refreshments will be provided.

MOTION made by Dr. MacMillan to adjourn the meeting. Mr.Fixler seconded the motion and all were in
favor. The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 pm.
