The Applicant proposes to subdivide a 7.80 acre parcel into 3 building lots;with one lot(Lot 3)conforming to R-2 zoning regulations in area and frontage.For the remaining 2 lots the Applicant seeks frontage exception special permits,Access Other Than Legal Frontage, and a Common Driveway special permit.
