Oldham,B.Wolstromer 4 5 J Simons Chairman: The Planning Board meeting for Tuesday,November 15, 2016 was called to order at 7 p.m. 6 7 PUBLIC HEARINGS: 8 CONTINUED,PUBLIC HEARING: 1.210 Osgood Street For etta Development LLC Robert Bohlen: The 9 Applicant seeks a Site Plan Review Special.Permit, a Common Driveway Special Permit and Parking Reduction 10 Special Permit for the construction of approximately 40,000 square feet of commercial space contained within five 11 (5) separate buildings,parking spaces, stormwater management facilities, landscaping, signage and other 12 improvements to be located on a 4.3-acre portion of currently vacant 13.8 acre parcel. This project is within the B- 13 2 Zoning District, 14 15 CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING: 1210 Osgood Street Princeton Development LLC Andrew Chaban: 16 The Applicant seeks a Site Plan Review Special Permit, a Multi-Family Use Special Permit, a Common Driveway 17 Special Permit, a Building Height Waiver Special Permit and a Parking Reduction Special Permit for the 18 construction of a market rate rental residential community to be known as Princeton at.North Andover Apartment 1.9 Homes, consisting of a total of 1.92 one-and two-bedroom units to be contained within four(4)separate four- 20 story garden-style buildings each having a building footprint of 15,050 square feet, along with a clubhouse/leasing 21 management office, pool, parking spaces, stormwater management,facilities, landscaping, signage and other 22 improvements to be located on approximately 9.5 acres of land on a currently vacant 13.8 acre parcel.This project 23 is located within the B-2 Zoning District. 24 J. The project consists of patio construction, driveway extension, addition of 31 planting(landscape)areas, and tree removal. This project is within the R-1 Zoning District. 32 [No evidence heard.] 33 MOTION: L.Rudnicki made a motion to open the public hearing for 30 Ironwood. D. Kellogg seconded the 34 motion. The vote was 4-0, unanimous in favor. (J. Simons recused himself) 35 [Continued to the December 6, 2016 Planning Board meeting.] 36 37 NEW PUBLIC HEARING: 1975 Salem Street(0 Salem Street),Phil Christiansen: Application for Special 38 Permits—Common Driveway, Access Other Than Legal Frontage and Frontage Exception, The Applicant 39 proposes to subdivide a 7.80 acre parcel into 3 building lots, with one lot(Lot 3)conforming to R-2 zoning 40 regulations in area and frontage. For the remaining 2 lots the Applicant seeks frontage exception special permits, 41 Access Other Than Legal Frontage, and a Common Driveway special permit. The vote was 5-0 unanimous in favor. 46 [Continued to the December 6, 2016 Planning Board meeting] 47 48 DISCUSSION: 49 Lake Cochichewick Annual Clean Up: P. Boynton reported the event was a success; over 1.00 volunteers 50 participated. 51 52 MINUTES APPROVAL 53 :MOTION: L. Rudnicki made a motion to approve the November 1, 2016 minutes. D. Kellogg seconded the 54 motion. The vote was 5-0, unanimous in favor. 55 56 ADJOURNMENT 57 MOTION: L. Rudnicki made a motion to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded by D. Kellogg. The 58 vote was 5-0,unanimous in favor.
