Earth Day Cleanup, April 28

Between 200 and 300 3-mil bags will be purchased utilizing the SWAC or the Building

Bill will check pricing
Matainance fund.with existing town venders to see if that is the best
route to go.
Postage paid envelopes will be used for the “Recycle First” program for ink cartridges

and used cell phones. Discussion about publishing this and having something set up at either the

Thee hundred and twenty dollars was deposited in the recycling account from last year’s

town Yard sale.
Aluminum Audit was completed earlier this year. Fifty percent of the bin was emptied

grossing $376 dollars which was split with the Boy Scouts for their contribution of labor. The
Boy Scouts have notified us that they are not interested in doing this again. Bill calculated that
we can receive approximately the same net amount by having our current vender handle this in
the future.
