Chairman Town of North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals 120 Main Street North Andover, MA 01845 RE: 11 Bixby Avenue (Map 69, Parcel 2) Dear Sir, My name is Lisa Vayanos and I am the owner of 10-12 Wiley Court, the rear abutter of this property. I am unable to attend the hearing scheduled forJune 24th because of a prior work commitment, so I am sending this letter instead. Although I am not asking that Mr.Stephenson be required to tear down his addition, on my behalf, I am going to ask that if he is allowed to keep it up that he be required to plant some type of shrubbery, or put up a fence along the rear of his property as a privacy barrier. We were pretty close to begin with and now with this addition he is right on top of me. I would like to be able to enjoy my back porch. Thank you, Sincerely, Lisa Vayano' s l 1
