Attendance: Chairman Keith Mitchell, Vice Chairman Mike Batsimm, Steve Dawe, Melinda Coppa and Mike
u Tatano were in attendance. Also present was Town Finance Director Linda Casey and Citizens Carla Dawe.
I. Call to Order: Chairman Keith Mitchell ("CM") called the meeting to order at 6:30pm.
11. Old Business—Unpaid Bills: CM summarized the reason for meeting tonight. Linda Casey provided a handout
with the requested information.. Steve Dawe made a motion to wave the 1/12th spending rule to allow the Department
of Public Works to pay for vehicle fuel. Vice Chairman Mike Batsimm seconded the motion. The motion carried with
a unanimous vote.
IV. Adjournment: Steve Dawe requested a change in meeting date to Wednesday, July 5 so he can make the
meeting to vote on the articles. It was agreed to post Wednesday with the intent to meet then but also to keep
Thursday open in case more could not make Wednesday. Melinda Coppa made a motion to adjourn at 6:37pm, with
a second from Vice Chairman Batsimm. The motion passed unanimously.
